We have been running educational events for over听15听years.听听Our full day seminars routinely see over 150 registrants in Toronto (we have even reached a high of 300!) and 50 to 100 in Vancouver and Calgary.听
Our workshops are very interactive and are geared to a smaller audience of 40 to 60 attendees.
Our goal is听to be the 鈥済o-to鈥 event for benefit听advisors from coast to coast.听听Our听past events听have been extremely well received and most sponsors return to support us year after year.听听This is your opportunity to get your business in front of those who matter!
Our target audience for our events are individuals who specialize in employee benefits. Our meetings encourage open discussions and audience participation. Attendees听want听to be present and are truly interested in the information being shared. 听

2025 Seminar Sponsorship Packages

Below is a listing of sponsorship opportunities available for our one-day seminars. These events have the highest number of attendees. 听
听
Gold Sponsorship (2 Available): 听$5,500 + HST听
This is our highest level of sponsorship and allows you to do the following:听
Supply attendees with handout (brochures, business cards etc.) directly on tables
Introduce the morning OR afternoon speaker
Provide a brief 20-minute overview of your business (or 2 opportunities for 10 minutes each time)
Have your logo and website link located on the 糖心logo入口 website and e-mail event updates
Display your banner or signage at the event
Invite 3 staff attend the event at no additional charge providing them with an opportunity to network with attendees听
Silver Sponsorship (2 Available): 听$4,000 + HST听
This level of sponsorship allows you to do the following:听
Supply attendees with handouts (brochures, business cards etc.) at side table
Introduce the morning OR afternoon break
Provide a brief 5鈥10-minute overview of your business
Have your logo and website link located on the 糖心logo入口 website and e-mail event updates
Display your banner or signage at the event
Invite 2 staff attend the event at no additional charge providing them with an opportunity to network with attendees听
Bronze Sponsorship (1 available): $2,000 + HST听
This level of sponsorship allows you to do the following:听
Supply attendees with handouts (brochures, business cards etc.) at side table
Have your logo and link located on the 糖心logo入口 website and e-mail event updates
Invite 1 staff to attend the event at no additional charge providing them with an opportunity to network with attendees听
We also offer one sponsorship opportunity for our one-day workshops.
These are our smaller events and typically have 40 鈥 60 attendees.
Primary Sponsorship (1 available): $5,500 + HST听
This sponsorship allows you to do the following:听
- Supply attendees with handouts (brochures, business cards etc.) on tables
- Introduce the speaker(s)
- Present to attendees for 30 minutes (or 2 opportunities for 15 minutes each time)听
- Participate in a lunchtime Q&A
- Have your logo and website link located on the 糖心logo入口 website and e-mail event updates
- Display your banner or signage at the event
- Invite 3 staff to attend the event at no additional charge providing them with an opportunity to network with attendees听
We will handle:
- All venue arrangements (bookings, payment, room coordination, hot breakfast, coffee, lunch AV equipment etc.)
- Event payments (credit card processing), sign in
- Promotion of the event听
- CE certificate production and distribution
The sponsorships will be granted on a first come, first serve basis and will quickly sell out.听 The number of firms interested in the past is always been greater than the opportunities, so please reach out ASAP if you are interested.
