We have been running educational events for over聽15聽years.听听Our full day seminars routinely see over 150 attendees in Toronto (we have reached a high of 300!) and 50 to 75 in Vancouver and Calgary.聽
Our workshops are very interactive and are geared to a smaller audience of 40 to 60 attendees.
Our goal is聽to be the 鈥済o-to鈥 event for benefit聽advisors from coast to coast.听听Our聽past events聽have been extremely well received and most sponsors return to support us year after year.听听This is your opportunity to get your business in front of those who matter!

Gold Sponsorship: 聽$6,000 + HST聽
This is our highest level of sponsorship and allows you to do the following:聽
Supply attendees with handout (brochures, business cards etc.) directly on tables
Introduce the morning OR afternoon speaker
Provide a brief 20-minute overview of your business (or 2 opportunities for 10 minutes each time)
Have your logo and website link located on the 糖心logo入口 website and e-mail event updates
Display your banner or signage at the event
Invite 3 staff聽to attend the event at no additional charge providing them with an opportunity to network with attendees聽
Silver Sponsorship: 聽$4,000 + HST聽
This level of sponsorship allows you to do the following:聽
Supply attendees with handouts (brochures, business cards etc.) at side table
Introduce the morning OR afternoon break
Provide a brief 5鈥10-minute overview of your business
Have your logo and website link located on the 糖心logo入口 website and e-mail event updates
Display your banner or signage at the event
Invite 2 staff聽to attend the event at no additional charge providing them with an opportunity to network with attendees聽
Bronze Sponsorship: $2,000 + HST聽
This level of sponsorship allows you to do the following:聽
Supply attendees with handouts (brochures, business cards etc.) at side table
Have your logo and link located on the 糖心logo入口 website and e-mail event updates
Invite 1 staff to attend the event at no additional charge providing them with an opportunity to network with attendees聽
At all levels of sponsorship, we will handle:
- All venue arrangements (bookings, payment, room coordination, hot breakfast, coffee, lunch AV equipment etc.)
- Event payments (credit card processing), sign in
- Promotion of the event聽
- CE certificate production and distribution

SPONSORSHIP RULES
1.听听Members will be alerted of sponsorship opportunities in Mid-December 2025.聽 The sponsorships will be granted on a first come, first serve basis based on the time and date the potential sponsors e-mail is received by 糖心logo入口.
2.聽 In order to allow us to profile more organizations, an organization can sponsor a maximum of 3 events. The only exception to this is if all other sponsorship opportunities do not sell out.
3. An organization can only take one sponsorship at each event.聽 For example, you can NOT take both GOLD and SILVER or GOLD and BRONZE at the same event.
4.聽 NON-糖心logo入口 member requests for sponsorship will not be considered until one month following the initial e-mail communication to ensure that all 糖心logo入口 members are given the opportunity for sponsorship first.
